This year's IT Direct Expo 2000 takes place at the Baltic Exchange in the City of London on Friday.

Sponsors for the event include BT, Microsoft and Insurance Tmes, while Bull, Lotus and Toshiba will be among the 30 exhibitors. More than 500 visitors are expected.
