Congratulations to insurance IT-guru Manjit Rana who scooped the top accolade at the Championing Change Awards 2006.

The annual awards aim to recognise the "outstanding voluntary contributions that business people are making to their local communities".

Rana won his award for his support of career-related events at University of Nottingham. He was described as being a "key piece in the entrepreneurial course. His input, his energy and enthusiasm bring the sessions to life".

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
