Consolidator wins award for second year running

Jelf Group has been awarded “outstanding” status for its customer service for the second consecutive year.

The group is the only company in the insurance broking sector to enter in to the exercise, placing it among the UK’s leading customer services organisations.

Investor in Customers (IIC) is an independent assessment organisation that conducts rigorous benchmarking exercises to determine the quality of client service and relationships across a number of dimensions.

Group commercial director Phil Barton said: “I am delighted with our result. We maintained our “Outstanding” status and demonstrated improvement across a number of dimensions. The fact that we are the only insurance broker to embark on this exercise underscores the importance Jelf places on each of its clients and its commitment to developing our client proposition.”
