Lambourn Insurance Services, a subsidiary of Claims Management Group said it would begin operating as a broker run-off and replacement service provider within Lloyd's from today.
Lambourn said it would target its product at cedants, both in the London market and overseas.
Lambourn's business development manager Julian Porter said brokers' charges would inevitably increase in the current climate of investigative scrutiny.
