Michael Carpenter, chief financial officer of LIMIT, is to take over from Robin Gilks as chairman of the Lloyd's Community Programme (LCP) from the beginning of the new year. Carpenter has been involved with the LCP since 1995. The market is especially associated with the Tower Hamlets area of East London.
