Link Underwriting Agency is to be financed from Gibraltar after being bought out by NEMWIL.
The personal lines insurer will continue to trade from Maidstone, but its capacity base will move overseas under the terms of a licence being processed by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.
Link was sold by Rubicon to NEMWIL, a subsidiary of Guardian Holdings.
