Aviva raised £1bn from sale and retains 58.3%
Aviva has said the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Delta Lloyd sold just under 42% at €16.00 per share, giving gross proceeds of €1.09bn (£1bn) and leaving Aviva owning 58.3%.
Aviva has 54.0% of the voting rights in Delta Lloyd.
