Just to prove Backchat can celebrate the good, as well as the bad, here's to A Quote and Norwich Union. On the broker's 15th birthday, managing director Mark Bower-Dyke decided to find out what happened to A Quote's first ever customer. What a pleasant surprise it was when he discovered that policyholder number 001, Olaf Burns, was still an A Quote client and still with the same insurer, Norwich Union.
