Insurance broker Lycetts has announced it is restructuring after "a period of sustained growth". It is separating the company into three divisions with separate boards.

Lycetts said this is intended to make a clear distinction between its farm and estates, financial services and commercial arms.

The boards will be headed up by Mark Liddell, Nick Straker and Sheelagh Steele respectively.

Managing director Ed Nicholl commented: "The establishment of separate boards to concentrate on strategic issues enables us to develop each sector independently while retaining our essential core values."
