A new edition of the Bingham and Berrymans' Motor Claims handbook is issued this week in a different format to make it easier to read.

It is now divided into four sections – insurance, liability, practice and procedure, and damages – and each section is split into individually numbered and indexed paragraphs.

As well as all relevant reported cases, it also includes guidance on practice and procedure, establishing liability, assessment of damages and motor insurance.

About 200 new cases have been added to the latest edition, and it takes full account of the new Civil Procedure Rules and draft Road Traffic Act protocols. Bingham and Berrymans' Motor Claims costs £195, and its ISBN number is 0 406 93230 1.
