Marcus Hearn has added Groupama and IGI Insurance to the approved panel of insurers for its wholesale Commercial Property Underwriting facility.
The company has also upgraded its IT systems and extended its underwriting criteria to include residential letting properties housing students, asylum seekers and those on DSS benefits.
