Marks and Spencer Financial Services (MSFS) has appointed claims systems specialists, InFront Solutions to handle its property repair claims throughout the UK.

The agreement follows a successful three-month pilot of InFront's Net-Works service.

InFront managing director David Moore said: "Net-Works is essentially a high quality network of approved contractors, controlled and managed by us.

"It was developed for companies like MSFS who want to provide their customers with a high quality and reliable building repair service.

"The feedback that we have received from both MSFS staff and their customers regarding our service and our systems has been excellent and we are working with them to further improve the service they provide to their customers."

MSFS head of personal lines insurance Peter Longstaff said: "Following a successful pilot exercise we are now convinced that Net-Works will provide the high levels of customer satisfaction that we demand for our customers."

InFront have built a panel of over 250 quality builders over the last year and all have been carefully selected for their commitment to customer service.
