MCE has appointed Nick Elliman as managing director of its personal lines network for start-ups, MCE Enterprise.
Elliman has over 25 years insurance experience holding commanding roles at Allianz Insurance, RBS Finsure and NIG.

MCE Enterprise is a network for personal lines start-up brokers concentrating on niche areas.
