MCE Insurance has appointed Rob Wright to the role of customer action team manager.

Wright has been with MCE for more than five years and has worked in a number of departments within the company, giving him a depth of technical knowledge and experience in key parts of the personal lines insurance business such as sales, retention and customer service.

He is also a product of MCE’s leadership development programme, TalentEd, a scheme designed to grow the knowledge and leadership ability of members of the team at the title sponsors of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Series.

MCE’s head of talent Matt Duck said: “Rob has been a rising star in our organisation for some time now. As we continue to evolve as a company, we have a growing need for talented people to move into key vacancies within our team.

“Rob certainly fits into that bracket and we have been delighted to see him develop his career as part of our TalentEd scheme. Rob has worked hard to get to where he has within the company and this hard work has certainly paid off with this exciting new appointment.”
