MCE Insurance head of talent Matt Duck has completed his four-year postgraduate diploma in human resource management.

The qualification is accredited by the chartered institute of personnel and development (CIPD).

Duck’s funding was provided by MCE Insurance scholarships scheme which enables MCE people to undertake professional qualifications alongside their work.

He was one of the first recipients of a scholarship four years ago and was awarded with a ‘merit’ classification.

MCE Group chief executive Julian Edwards said: “Our people and our customers are the most important part of our business and we are incredibly proud to host the UK’s most exciting training programme here at MCE. Scholarships are a key part of this strategy and I am thrilled to be able to announce Matt’s graduation.

“Over the past four years, Matt has shown great ability, focus and complete dedication in achieving at the highest level and gaining his chartered status. I have no doubt Matt’s graduation will provide an inspiring springboard for both his career and MCE’s future development.  This is a fantastic accomplishment, congratulations to him.”
