Watson steps up to leadership role
MCE insurance British superbike series have appointed Richard Watson as sales delivery manager.
Watson has been with MCE for more than three years as a sales generator.
He joined the leadership development programme last year and has now been promoted to a leadership role.
MCE head of talent Matt Duck said: “Throughout our leadership development programme, Richard has excelled himself and has grown his leadership skills to the point where it now seems like he has been a manager for years, despite being completely new to it.”
