Mobile Doctors posts 2008 results

Mobile Doctors has posted a 30% increase in turnover for the year running 1st December 2007 to 30th November 2008, from £16.7m to £21.7m.

The provider of medico-legal reports for personal injury claims in the UK released the trading update ahead of its results week, commencing the 16th February 2009. It has also repaid £1.5m of bank debt.

Mobile Doctors has reduced administration costs as a percentage of turnover and significantly increased profits before tax in comparison with its performance in 2007. 2008 also saw the acquisition and full integration of Medifiche, as well as the wide take up of the rehabilitation and diagnostic services provided in partnership with Nuffield Health.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
