South Devon-based insurance provider Michael Pavey Westinsure has acquired
South Devon insurance provider Michael Pavey has acquired the Teignmouth-based brokers Rodney Bennett Westinsure, the company announced today.
The company has also reorganised its management structure. Nick Sanders, who was the managing director of Rodney Bennett Westinsure, has been named director of Michael Pavey Holdings.
Following the purchase of law firm Kitson Hutchings last October, Michael Pavey Westinsure is now the biggest independent insurance and financial services firm in Devon and Cornwall, the company said.
Michael Pavey said: “Our commission and fee income will be approaching the £1.75m mark which will give us a lot of influence with the major companies but as a ‘local' company, we will still be able to offer a personal, friendly service to all our clients.”
