The latest round of Top 20 Regional Broker activity has today reached Birmingham to celebrate the achievements of the East and West Midlands based brokers.
Insurance Times, with its research partner Grant Thornton, is determining the Top 20 brokers for each of the regions across Britain.
While it still seems that firms are reticent about providing feedback to the development of FSA regulation, there are still those who are willing to voice their views on the changes to their businesses since January 2005.
Key challenges facing many of the brokers are in relation to client money arrangements and treating customers fairly (TCF), both of which are themes highlighted by Clive Briault's at the CII conference last week.
The Top 20 North West presentations will be held in Manchester on 26 October.
