Vauxhall Motors is to roll out its Mastercover MOT insurance cover to all of its more than 500 dealerships.
The scheme is administered by Coventry-based brokerage Lumley Insurance Consultants and has been successfully piloted for 18 months in Vauxhall's Masterfit garages.
The scheme for Vauxhall vehicles has four qualifying parameters; the next MOT must be at least three months away, the vehicle must be under ten years old, regularly serviced and have covered fewer than 10,000 miles each year.
Vauxhall dealers using the scheme benefit from improved service retention levels.
