Tim Johnson leaves to take up post with Paymentsheild
Michael Rea is aiming to make CCV a top 10 broker after landing the chief executive job.
Rea, who will take over from Tim Johnson from the beginning of September, said: “I have no doubt CCV will soon be in the top 10 list as we continue its success story.”
Johnson has left CCV to head up Paymentshield, part of the Towergate Group.
CCV chairman Peter Cullum said: “Market commentators have signalled a serious decline in M&A activity, but CCV intends to buck that trend.”
