John Pearmund has taken over as chief executive of Domestic & General from Tim Scrivener
Pearmund moves from the role of non-executive director.
In another directorate change, the board has appointed group finance director of the Portman Building Society, Glyn Smith, as an independent non-executive director. The appointment will come into effect from 1 March 2004.
