Searchlight Solutions has upgraded its e-learning system, Tick.
The enhanced version of Tick will feature new courses and assessment modules, online insurance qualifications, a new, more user-friendly interface, and substantially expanded functionality.
Crucially, Tick will now offer an online 360-degree competency assessment tool that will help the service's 10,000 users meet their FSA Training & Competence requirements.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
