ESRI is launching a new type of software that will insurers catch out 'cash for crash' fraudsters staging fake accidents.
The new GIS software grid references suspicious hotspots across the country, putting the hotspots in context of other socio-economic statistics including neighbourhood, previous fraudulent claims etc.
RSA and RSBI currently use ESRI software to examine portfolio risk.
