Financial institutions expert joins Nexus as development director
Torus-owned Nexus Underwriting Management has hired Andre Ford as development director.
Ford was previously Zurich Insurance Worldwide chief underwriting officer of financial institutions and Chubb UK financial institutions manager.
Prior to that he worked at AIG.
NUM chief executive Colin Thompson said: “Andre’s focus will be group strategy, marketing, development planning and products.
“In addition, his wealth of FI experience will prove to be invaluable to the group as we are about to experience: even more turbulence in the economy.”
