Norwich Union and Homeserve have announced a three-year extension to their existing glazing supply chain agreement.

The contract for the provision of all door, window, locks, conservatory and garage door emergency repair and replacement services will now run until 2010.

The Norwich-based Homeserve Glass & Locks business has operated as sole glazing supplier to Norwich Union since 2003 and will continue to provide services on a 100% basis.

Ian Carlisle, chief executive of Homeserve Emergency Services, said: "I am delighted that we have been able to extend our agreement with Norwich Union, which is evidence of our ongoing commitment to delivering customer service excellence and added value within the framework of a long term strategic partnership".

Homeserve Glass & Locks is the largest nationwide provider of emergency glazing repair services to the UK household and commercial insurance market.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
