Norwich Union has said George Berrie, previously IB business director, will be moving back into his former role of director of regional business (north).
NU said the change was the result of "personal reasons."
NU announced that Berrie will be replaced as IB director by John Kitson, formerly consumer director.
In addition, NU outlined a general GI shakeup including changes in the finance team.
