Ockham Holdings plc was notified today that a tentative approach had been withdrawn. The company announced that no further bid approach talks are being held with this or any other party.
The company had announced on 12 March that a bid approach had been received, although no detailed proposals had been submitted.
It said at the time that it was too early to tell whether the bid would develop further.
