Financial services company Open & Direct Group has rebranded the three brokers it bought two years ago as a distinct insurance group.
Spratt Insurance Services, WG O'Kane Insurance Brokers and SG Cathcart & Co became Open & Direct Insurance on 15 April.
The Belfast-based company is one of the top four brokers in Northern Ireland.
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
