Software house controlled by Peter Cullum
Software house Open GI is eyeing a stock market flotation by the end of the year, Insurance Times has learned.
The company, bought by Towergate founder Peter Cullum’s holding company in 2007, has a £262m loan to be repaid before the end of next year.
