Double hire boosts corporate risks team

Oxygen Insurance Brokers has appointed Victoria Wiltshire as senior client executive and Simon Rowlands as major account director.

Both have joined Oxygen's Leeds-based corporate risks team.

Wiltshire, a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and an associate of the Institute of Risk Management, has joined from Marsh.

Rowlands will Oxygen in June, on completion of his contractual obligations to Bartletts, where he was a director.

Oxygen Holdings chief executive Nigel Barton said: “We are absolutely delighted to have Victoria and Simon on board. Their combined experience, expertise and client focus will give a fantastic boost to the corporate risks team in Leeds, which has seen a challenging first quarter.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
