A.M. Best has assigned a debt rating of bbb to PartnerRe's $200m 6.5% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares.
At the same time the ratings agency has assigned PartnerRe an issuer credit rating of a-.
The financial strength rating of A+ is unaffected. All ratings have a stable outlook.
