AIM-listed Pavilion Insurance has appointed joint managing directors to its operating subsidiary, Pavilion Insurance Management.

Sarah Gow and David Lloyd will take responsibility for commercial matters, and technology and operations respectively.

Gow has been with Pavilion for five years and has previously worked at Royal & SunAlliance.

Commenting on the appointments, Andrew Selby, group chairman, chief executive and founder of the company, commented: “I am delighted to make these new appointments, that not only reflects both of the significant contributions that Sarah and David have made to our business, but also my confidence in their ability to take the company forward."

He added: “David has overseen the development and implementation of ISIS, (Integrated Specialist Insurance Software) which has been instrumental in achieving over 50% growth for the company in the last year, with over 80% of all transactions now being made on line. Sarah has been responsible for driving forwards our sales and product development, together with new product implementation and the delivery of our high service standards. Together with a strong management team they provide a vibrant opportunity to develop the company further with vision, energy and capability."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
