Chubb Insurance Company of Europe is delighted to have won the Personal Lines Insurer of the Year award for the third time.
Ever since Chubb launched Masterpiece, its high net-worth product, it has led the market by continually evaluating and updating its products to suit the evolving and changing needs of high net-worth people.
Over the past couple of years, Masterpiece innovations have included cover for the growing problems of identity fraud - Chubb was the first insurer in the UK to offer this cover - aggravated burglary and most recently, air and road rage.
Chubb also pioneered onsite building appraisal where clients are visited and advice provided on adequacy of sums insured and risk management. This ensures Chubb customers have the correct levels of insurance, which means claims are dealt with quickly, with no surprises for the customer in terms of the amount they receive.
Indeed, Chubb regularly surveys its customers and more than 97% said they were happy with the settlement amount of their claim.
Chubb's belief is that people requiring high net-worth insurance have more complex insurance needs than most, and therefore benefit from the knowledge and expertise provided by brokers. For this reason, Masterpiece is only offered via brokers - Chubb have no direct high net-worth operation.
From quote through to claim, Chubb aims to offer a service second to none to provide peace of mind. From Chubbs pioneering approach to appraisal through to the surveying of clients after a loss, it takes pride in leading the way in a crowded market.
