The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has subpoenaed Philadelphia Consolidated Holdings.
The SEC has requested documents from two units of Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance and Philadelphia Insurance regarding finite risk deals with Gen Re, the company said.
Philadelphia Consolidated said it would cooperate with the request.
