Exclusive Analysis has won a contract to provide a global cargo watch list for the London market's joint cargo committee
The list would highlight specific geographical locations where war, strikes and related risk exposures could be highlighted for marine cargo underwriters, according to the company.
Exclusive Analysis chief executive Simon Sole said the deal was "very significant business" for the company. He added that hundreds of underwriters were now looking at the list everyday.
Sole said the company was aiming to become the "S&P (Standard & Poor's) of political risk indices".
