Motorcycle insurance specialist Carole Nash Insurance Brokers produced good results for its 2003 financial year.

The company saw turnover increase by 25% from £15.09m in 2002 to £18.89m in 2003. Pre-tax profits rose by 14% from £1.17m in 2002 to £1.34m in 2003.

Spokesman for the company Jamie McGivern said: "We have achieved a good performance this year, which reflects growth in all areas of the business. We are particularly pleased with our growth in car insurance, which accounts for 10% of our total new business and has great potential for further growth."
