Marsh Public Risk Services, a UK division of global risk management firm Marsh, is to hold a seminar on corporate governance for public sector managers.

The seminar will be held at Marsh's Norwich offices on Tuesday, 26 February 2002.

Liz Taylor, the head of Marsh Public Risk Services, said: "The seminar is an opportunity for public sector management to come together in an interactive workshop environment where they can network and share knowledge.

"The issue of corporate governance is a major challenge. We can help authorities to implement strategies that will make the whole process of complying with regulations less fraught."

Marsh will use the seminar to provide authorities with information about the risk consultancy solutions they provide.

It will also demonstrate software designed to gauge the effectiveness of risk management strategies.
