QuestGates has formed a new company, QuestGates PMC, which will focus on subsidence and related claims.
The new company, a joint venture with Project Management Consultancy, which handles subsidence claims for insurers, will also provide structural engineering and surveying services.
Kevin Terry, who manages QuestGates' own subsidence unit, will head up the development of the new service.
Chris Hall, QuestGates' managing director, said: "We are focused on providing specialist services in areas where volume processes do not always provide the high levels of service required."
