Quinn-direct has chosen Fineos to provide an enterprise claims management software system

Quinn-direct has signed a deal with Fineos to provide enterprise claims management software for its motor and household product lines.

Initially, the system will be rolled-out in Ireland and eventually expanded to cover all claims operations in the UK and Europe.

Colin Morgan, general manager at Quinn-direct said: "Improving efficiencies in claims processing is a key part of Quinn-direct's strategy to deliver value, customer service and innovation.

“We chose FINEOS because they impressed us on a number of levels, particularly their general insurance expertise and track record of delivery in the sector."

Quinn-direct’s new Fineos Claims package is designed to deliver a solutions comprising: fully automated claims and case handling; integrated customer relationship management; comprehensive financial management and optimal provider management.

And all this is achieved through the use of comprehensive single view of the customer information as well as an integrated platform designed for straight-through processing.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
