R3: Group, the affinity market consultancy, has won a contract with motor insurer Highway Insurance to supply member benefits to Highway's 580 UK staff.
The member benefits are a range of discounted products and services, such as discounted telephony, electrical goods and sportswear.
R3: director Robin Williams said: "Employers are continually looking for ways to improve upon overall staff packages and improve staff retention.
"This type of scheme helps employees stretch their pay further at no cost at all to the employer."
R3: Group is based in Ipswich and specialises in sourcing products and services for third party distributors.
