Alan Quilter to assume new role as COO
Specialist insurer Randall and Quilter (R&Q) has appointed Tom Booth as executive director, effective immediately.
Booth will lead alongside chairman and chief executive, Ken Randall and current chief financial officer, Alan Quilter.
R&Q's board intend to appoint Booth as chief financial officer at the group’s forthcoming 2011 annual general meeting. Quilter will assume the new position of chief operating officer.
Booth joined R&Q in October 2009 as corporate finance director, having previously worked as a corporate advisor and investment banker within the non-life insurance industry.
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
