Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA) has signed a contract worth an estimated £100m with Rok Property Solutions.

The insurer has named Rokforce as its sole supplier of UK building repair services to its commercial property insurance customers.

The agreement gives Rok a minimum of three years of business.

Rok also said R&SA has appointed it as its sole supplier for all new building repair services for commercial property claims.
