Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA) has appointed R3: Group to add suppliers and special offers to their youatwork (www.youatwork.co.uk) employee discounts scheme.
The youatwork online employee benefits service is available to employees in a wide range of R&SA's existing customers, including a number of the UK's largest employer groups. The total number of employees who currently have access to the service numbers over 1.2 million with the potential to increase further in coming months.
R3: will concentrate in non-financial service product areas extending the existing range of employee discounts on offer and managing the supplier relationships.
One of the key issues is to obtain customer usage information enabling more accurate targeting of offers to employees.
