Cornhill has installed recording technology at its 60-seat Tunbridge Wells call centre in order to monitor customer satisfaction and evaluate customer service.
The centre provides an extended warranty service on brown and white goods to large corporate clients. IT provider Comverse Infosys won the contract to install its Ultra call recording platform.
