Financial executives are spending the equivalent of a day a week handling regulation, according to a survey by recruitment firm Robert Half UK.

The survey of 200 chief financial officers and chief operating officers discovered that 60% were spending “more” or “significantly more” time on regulation compared to three years ago.

Robert Half also found that many executives found it hard to deal with recent changes to how financial firms are regulated, according to The Financial Times.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
