Quotes are invited for the renewal of a longstanding risk in the keyman market.

On 2 March, Biba chief executive Mike Williams turns 50. This well-presented risk requires some attention to attract the best rates. Williams goes to the gym four times a week to minimise health risks, while regular trips to Paris ensure stress risks are minimised.

Other attempts at risk management are purely cosmetic, however. Williams has adopted a "number one" haircut and has abandoned white shirts in favour of "every shade imaginable", according to market sources.

Those wishing to price the risk competitively should not be fooled by recent sightings in Paul Smith, where Williams was spotted looking at suits, and rumours that Williams is in the market for a sporty convertible to replace his BMW.
