Winlow also set to be group chairman
RFIB has appointed former KPMG head of general insurance Mark Winlow as non-executive director of RFIB Holdings.
The holding company also wants Winlow to become chairman of RFIB Group.
Winlow is currently Ageas Insurance non-executive chairman and non-executive director of Ageas UK, Ageas Protect and Groupama.
RFIB Holdings chairman Robin Hodgson said: “We are delighted that Mark has agreed to join the board of RFIB Holdings and become chairman of the regulated broking subsidiary. His industry experience and business knowledge will be of undoubted benefit to the group.”
Both appointments are subject to FCA approval.
