Lloyd's chairman Sax Riley will meet AIG chief Maurice "Hank" Greenberg in London today (28 November 2001)to discuss a cooperative response to the World Trade Centre (WTC) disaster.

Lloyd's chairman Sax Riley will meet AIG chief Maurice "Hank" Greenberg in London today (28 November 2001) to discuss a cooperative response to the World Trade Centre (WTC) disaster.

Greenberg is in the UK to launch the US insurer's new syndicate at Lloyd's, Ascot Underwriting.

A spokeswoman for Lloyd's said the two men would be discussing the WTC and a closer working relationship between AIG and Lloyd's in the future.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
