Lloyd's managing agent R J Kiln, a subsidiary of Kiln plc, announced the appointment of Habib Kattan as reinsurance manager.
He will be responsible for Kiln's outwards reinsurance strategy and execution.
Kiln chief executive Edward Creasy said of Habib's appointment: "We are delighted to have Habib join us at Kiln. His extensive reinsurance experience and proven track record in the Lloyd's and London markets make him a valuable addition to our management team."
Habib joins Kiln from Aspen Insurance UK where he was reinsurance manager. Prior to that, Habib held a similar position at Wellington Underwriting, Syndicate 2020.
